Great podcast. Thinking about the homerun hitters mostly excluding their rookie card prices, do you think some players card values are hurt for long careers where the latter end was not what their beginning was? Pujols and miggy seems like maybe they are not valued as high bc they played so long. IE vince carter jn NBA?

That's a great point about Pujols and Miggy -- sort of like Brooks Robinson and Carl Yasrtzemski playing a billion years and some of their cards aren't as lovable as say someone like maybe Bob Gibson, who didn't play nearly as long.

It’s almost as if longevity impacts values but negatively. Which you think if someone played that long it would make them more collectible or valuable. I know there is other factors but it is interesting to think about.
